On the morning of October 31, a teach-in on Innovation Policies of China (Shanghai) Free Trade Experimental Zone’s Port Regulation System was co-held by the Municipal Port Office, the Management Committee of the Free Trade Experimental Zone, and the Shanghai Port Federation, and the port inspection unit was invited to interpret the main contents of related regulation system innovation for enterprises.
Responsible persons of functional departments of Shanghai Customs, Shanghai Exit-Entry Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and Shanghai Maritime Bureau interpreted the requirements of Measures on Regulating, Supporting and Promoting Securely and Effectively the Construction of China (Shanghai) Free Trade Experimental Zone of the General Administration of Customs, Opinions on Supporting the Construction of China (Shanghai) Free Trade Experimental Zone of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and Implementation Opinions on Implementing <Overall Plan of China (Shanghai) Free Trade Experimental Zone> and Accelerating the Construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center of the Ministry of Transportation and the Shanghai Municipal Government, and introduced the specific measures that Shanghai undertook to boost the implementation of relevant policies. The management committee of China (Shanghai) Free Trade Experimental Zone introduced the piloting situation of the free trade experimental zone in the past month since its operation. During the interaction part, nearly 300 units from export & import, shipping and logistics industry and industry associations reflected strongly on the briefing and raised questions they cared in succession, toward which the responsible persons of each inspection unit gave their answers on the site.
