On the morning of April 11, Professor Zhou Qiren, Distinguished Member of the Shanghai Advisory Committee for Policy Decision, and his group came to the Shanghai Office for Port Services (SOPS) for survey and a forum centering on the clustering effect and the radiation ability of the SOPS, the strategic problem of Shanghai building the “Four Centers”, and the critical issues of Shanghai’s innovative transformation was held as well. Wu Wei, Deputy Inspector of the SOPS, presided over the forum, and relevant persons in charge of the Policies and Regulations Office, the Customs Clearance Coordination Office, and all agencies attended the forum and made introduction and exchange on relevant matters.
