On the afternoon of April 14, Wang Yaping, Director of the Quota & Licence Administrative Bureau (QLAB) of the Ministry of Commerce, led a team to guide the trade license networking and the international trade “One-stop Service Window” construction of the Shanghai Office for Port Services (SOPS). Zhang Chaomei, Director of the SOPS presided over the forum and Jin Guojun, Deputy Director of the SOPS introduced its relevant work of paperless customs clearance and the “One-stop Service Window” promotion and put forward some suggestions on trade license networking. Relevant personnel of the Customs Clearance Coordination Office also attended the forum.
