In order to carry out the policies of the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council of PRC on optimizing the business environment，and according to " Action plan on optimizing the business environment as well as speeding up the construction of an new open economy in Shanghai " of the Shanghai Municipal Government，SIPG actively implement measures on optimizing business environment of cross-border trade of the Shanghai port, and accelerate the paperless process of port logistics operations .Hereby，SIPG decides to only collect electronic Container Load Plan when the export containers enter the terminal gate，instead of collecting the original paper Container Load Plan，which will be implemented from May 20，2018.

Since the date of implementation, the electronic Container Load Plan information will be the only access to gate-in operation in SIPG subordinate Waigaoqiao terminals and Yangshan terminals. A11 the cargo owners and the container truck companies should provide the accurate electronic Information of Container Load Plan，especially related data of dangerous containers，reefer containers and OOG containers and other special containers，so as to avoid unexpected fails on normal gate-in operation of export containers.
